Blue Claims is a trading style of SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (Company No. 14760023), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management referrals (FRN: 1013195).

We are a referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services or advice. If your claim appears eligible, we refer you to our panel solicitor, Benson Goldstein Solicitors, who will handle your claim directly.

• We assess your initial eligibility for a car finance claim
• If eligible, we refer you to our panel solicitor, Benson Goldstein Solicitors, who will contact you directly
• Benson Goldstein pays us a referral fee — this is not passed on to you
• Your legal relationship is with Benson Goldstein, not with Blue Claims

Our eligibility check is free and carries no obligation. If we refer you to a solicitor, you are under no obligation to proceed. You can withdraw at any time.

You do not need a claims management company to make a claim. You can contact your lender directly for free. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any claim. The success of your claim depends on the specific circumstances of your case. We are not liable for any decision made by your solicitor, the lender, or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
