Fee Structure

Our eligibility check is completely free. There is no charge for using our referral service.

If we refer you to our panel solicitor, Benson Goldstein Solicitors, and your claim is successful, they will charge a success fee. This is agreed directly between you and Benson Goldstein before your claim proceeds.

Benson Goldstein Solicitors typically charge around 30% + VAT of any compensation awarded to you. The exact percentage will be confirmed in your No Win No Fee agreement with Benson Goldstein before you decide whether to proceed.

If your claim is not successful, you will not be charged any solicitor fees.

If you cancel your claim before an outcome, you may be required to pay a termination fee for work already carried out. The details of any termination fee will be set out in your agreement with Benson Goldstein Solicitors.

When we refer you to Benson Goldstein Solicitors, they pay us a referral fee. This fee is not passed on to you and does not affect the amount of compensation you receive.
